I wrote in the guest book, thanking the owners for the opportunity and hospitality. Best experience weve had as a family on a vacation anywhere! Started with the KA staff being fantastic.. then the property was unbelievable! No reason to go the Carribean or Hawaii.

My visit was short but very friendly. I was a couple hours early and thought I would take the chance to see if was ready. They immediately gave me the keys and sent me on my merry way.

Our stay was very relaxing, fun and we all were comfortable.

The property was great. The place was perfect for our family. There were 9 of us and this house fit us wonderful. Loved the swimming pool, cooking was so easy with the downstair kitchen. The place was nice and clean and ready for us to have a fun weekend.

When we found this home we instantly fell in love! We thank you for opening up your space to us! We caught catfish, croakers, red drum, black drum, a stingray, a hammer head, and a toadfish!

Comfortable - Very quiet peaceful and plenty of space

This property had it all! There was so much room for my entire extended family. There was enough privacy for each family to have their own space, with amazing common areas to come together. The pool was paradise, and the views alone were magical.

OUTSTANDING house & Location. 7 Lauderdale Dr. Very nice family sitting area for entertaining or taking in a game. Large eat in Kitchen w Granite counters. Bathroom is really cute with granite counters, large, tilled shower w two shower heads. This property also has two outside siting decks for taking in the great weather. A nice front yard is only outdone by the HUGE fully fenced back yard, great for family play and or large dogs. Extremely quiet Neiborhood due to many second homes. Washer/Dryer in home also. I cannot give this home a HIGHER recommendation. My wife and I stayed for 5 months, for its size it is extremely well laid out.

great place and nearly perfect location on an island with many ONE million dollar homes on the Gulf.

Everyone we worked with were very friendly, and I enjoyed speaking and working with them.

This property is everything you expect and more. It is very family friendly and has many amenities that the kids can enjoy. We truly enjoyed staying here.

We were there for the Hummerbird festival and the house location could not have been better.

Wonderful stay! Plenty of space, very clean, great A|C, comfy beds, great kitchen with all the essentials. Gas stove top worked great and easy clean up. Traditional 12 cup coffee maker(filters were in the cabinet) Large table was perfect for our game night and eating meals(group of 8) Fenced in outdoor space with charcoal grill and picnic table for family gatherings. 2 Hammocks provided! Outside the fenced area is a deck - perfect for night fishing. Friendly hosts and great communication.

Excellent team made for a great stay!

The house was well equipped and covered with everything we might have forgotten back home. The backyard was everything and then more! The best part was waking up to the sunrise! We loved it and made memories that will last a lifetime! We cannot wait to book again!
