The upstairs of this amazing home offers a large kitchen, dining room and living room with an open floor plan and beautiful picture windows that allow the breathtaking views of Rockport.  The kitchen is fully furnished with all the creature comforts of a home anyone could need during their stay.  Complete with a wine fridge, icemaker and two large refrigerators.  This spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing large meals.  The dining area will accommodate 9 at the dining table and 4 at the bar area.   There is a large flat screen television and fireplace in the living room.  There is also an additional fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 9 and living room with a large flat screen television located on the first floor of this home.  

There are 7 queen-size beds and 3 sets of bunk beds. The bunk room is specifically designed for children and sure to keep them entertained during their stay.  On the second floor you will find a private one-bedroom apartment that can sleep an additional 2-4 guest.
 

This destination is equipped for a fun time!  On the property you will find kayaks, life jackets, and a private heated swimming pool.  Easy ladder access in & out of the canal for swimming. There is plenty to do for the kids including a private mini-9-hole putt-putt course, corn hole, & playground for small children.  Schedule a day out on the water on your very own private pontoon boat. Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.

Just a few minutes from the downtown Rockport and Fulton areas, Key Allegro offers easy access for golf carts and is close to many local restaurants and other entertainment.  This is the absolute perfect spot to watch the July 4th and Christmas fireworks every year, With perfect views of Little Bay and Rockport Beach!!
