Sun and Sea Retreat is in the Villas at Royal Oaks bay-front community. This gated community is Mediterranean-influenced residences that offer spectacular views, a pool, private pier, and putting green. The home away from home has two (2) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms and a (1) one-car garage. Not to mention a large screened-in back porch with a private two-person hot tub. This home is the perfect getaway for a couple down for a romantic getaway!
Upon entering the home you are greeted with an open floor plan for the kitchen, living/dining area. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the cooking and dining accessories you may need during your stay. It also offers a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and a Mr. Coffee coffee pot. There is seating for four (4) at the bar area for dining and a large flat screen tv in the living area that you can log in to your favorite streaming app during your stay or enjoy cable provided by Dish Network. Enjoy relaxing and visiting with friends in the spacious living area.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, tv and french doors that open to the screened in porch. The master bathroom has two separate vanities with a large walk-in shower area. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
During your stay enjoy the wonderful amenities offered in the neighborhood. Spend your days relaxing at the pool, bring your putter and practice your aim on the putting green or fish away your stress on the fishing pier. Minutes away from charming shops and restaurants, Royal Oaks is reinventing the coastal living experience.
There is a ring camera on the front door for security purposes only.
Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
