The Blue Heron is located on Salt Lake with easy access to Copano Bay and is the perfect spot for fishing!  This beautiful home sleeps 6 with two bedrooms, a bonus room and two bathrooms, private fishing/boat dock with an underwater greenlight and a fish cleaning stand with power and water.  And as a bonus, breathtaking sunsets every night and make friends with the blue heron that calls this area home! 

The kitchen, living room and dining room have a spacious open floor plan!  Enjoy WIFI and a Smart TV is in the living room where you can log into your favorite streaming apps.   The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware and appliances. The home includes a dishwasher, a regular coffee pot, blender, and plenty of seating. There are two bedrooms located upstairs and each has queen-size beds. There is an additional bonus room with (2) two twin beds and a television with a DVD player in it.  . 

Sit and relax outside on the balcony that offers stunning views of Salt Lake and Copano Bay.  Guests are provided with a charcoal grill and patio furniture for hanging out. Nautical Nook offers a private 24 ft long boat/fishing dock with above water fishing lights and an underwater green light. No need to worry about how you're going to clean your catch!  They also provide a fish cleaning stand with power and water.  The boat lift is NOT available for guest use. 

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
