A beautiful home that felt like I was back in Florida again. Great detail and effort was taken to make Kingfisher feel like a residence instead if a hollow empty vacation rental. The kitchen was well equipped with everything. We enjoyed being able to use the boat lift especially since it was so windy we were not able to go into the bay so our boat did not have to set on the salt water for the 3 days we were there. May I suggest some grease and a new belt on the left side of the boat lift. Overall we give Kingfisher stars. Thank You and we will definitely be back.

Clean and cozy Great spot, convenient location and clean

Between the emails and the information binders left at the house, we had everything we needed and more.

This place was setup perfectly for us, (a group of 7 men fishing trip), had way more than we expected. We were very happy and had a great time.

The members of the team that I had the pleasure of speaking with were informative, polite, and very helpful

The property was just what my family and I needed. It provided a beautiful view and excellent fishing all in the comfort of our own backyard! It was beautifully decorated and had such a relaxing vibe.

Overall...a very enjoyable experience!

Really needed to relax and get away from our routine. This vacation property provided a very relaxing atmosphere. An amazing house in an amazing location. The house is beautifully decorated. The back patio is directly on the water and provided stunning sunset views. Very peaceful neighborhood.

Nice Easter Getaway House was clean and inviting. The kitchen is stocked perfectly. I loved the cookware set. Enjoyed sitting outside with a relaxing view. Caught a nice founder and a bucket of blue crab. It would be nice if access didnt involve going into town, but it all worked out.

We had everything we needed to feel comfortable at the house! Once we arrived, we didnt feel the need to leave! The beautiful views, huge pool! and a fun deck area (with large dining table) for the kids to run around on kept us fully entertained!

Excellent access to Estes flat for fishing

The house upstairs is well set up and very comfortable. It is convenient to have a washer/ dryer, as well.
