Enjoy your stay at Casita Del Mar located on the famous Key Allegro Island. This sophisticated bright home has crisp clean decor and plenty of space for your group. Kick back and relax after a long day of shopping downtown or fishing on the bays at this fantastic gem. The kitchen and living room offer an open floor plan with plenty of lighting and space for all. Cooking is a breeze in this fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. There is seating for four at the bar area.
The first bedroom has a king-size bed and a large flat screen television. There is also a closet for all your vacation attire. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a closet. There is one bathroom with an amazing walk-in shower and a double vanity.
Step out back and enjoy the cool coastal breeze on the back patio. There is patio furniture, festive string lighting and a charcoal grill. Bring your favorite yard games and enjoy the lush, fenced back yard. Perfect corn hole area!
Just a few minutes from the downtown Rockport and Fulton areas, Key Allegro offers easy access for golf carts and is close to many local restaurants and other entertainment. This is the absolute perfect spot to watch the July 4th and Christmas fireworks every year!
Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.

OUTSTANDING house & Location. 7 Lauderdale Dr. Very nice family sitting area for entertaining or taking in a game. Large eat in Kitchen w Granite counters. Bathroom is really cute with granite counters, large, tilled shower w two shower heads. This property also has two outside siting decks for taking in the great weather. A nice front yard is only outdone by the HUGE fully fenced back yard, great for family play and or large dogs. Extremely quiet Neiborhood due to many second homes. Washer/Dryer in home also. I cannot give this home a HIGHER recommendation. My wife and I stayed for 5 months, for its size it is extremely well laid out.
