Enjoy a relaxing getaway at this freshly remodeled ground floor unit that sleeps 4 people. The kitchen is fully furnished with all your cooking essentials including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. All the appliances are brand-new and stainless-steel. The kitchen, dining area and living room is on an open floor plan with plenty of space and comfortable seating for everyone. The dining table will seat 4 with 3 additional seats at the bar. This condominium also offers free Wi-Fi! The living room offers splendid views with French doors that open on to a private deck overlooking the canal. There is a gas grill and deck furniture for your outdoor leisure activities. Just a few steps down and you have access to a private fishing dock. You can fish from the dock and dock your boat right behind the property. This is an ideal location that has access to the bays for fishing and water sports. Wide canal that leads right out to Little Bay.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a smart TV with cable. You are also welcome to log in to your personal streaming accounts. Easy access to the deck and beautiful canals views through the French doors. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower with a shower bench and grab bar. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and a dresser and two-night stands for your vacation attire. There is a flat screen tv that is not connected to the cable. Bring your DVD's and use the DVD player that is provided. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
This complex has a beautiful, shared swimming pool available to you and your guests. 602 Lauderdale is just a few minutes from the downtown Rockport and Fulton areas. Easy access for golf carts and close to many local restaurants and other entertainment. Perfect spot to watch the July 4th fireworks every year!
