Welcome to Villa Azul! A true Texas coast paradise. This Key Allegro canal front home has easy access to Little Bay and Aransas Bay.  This waterfront property includes a boat and jet ski lift, alongside a private fishing/boat dock. 

The dining room, kitchen, and living room display an open floor plan with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen includes a large island bar with seating. The home sleeps 10, perfect for the whole family! Upstairs you’ll find four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Take your pick of rooms with queen-size beds, king-size beds, or two twin beds. Downstairs you can access the guest room equipped with bathroom with large walk-in shower, living room and kitchen. The downstairs kitchen opens into an outside bar with seating! 

The amenities are endless!  Relax in the pool overlooking the canal, read a book in the hammock, or compete in a game of ring toss. It’s the perfect destination! Villa Azul has something to offer for everyone. Kayaks are available with a signed waiver. Take an adventure and explore Little Bay or enjoy Rockport's beautiful sunset.

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
