Land's Pearl - Adorable One Bedroom One Bathroom In Lamar

Located on the beautiful Lamar peninsula just north of Rockport.  This one-bedroom/ one-bathroom home is the perfect place to spend some much-needed quality time at.  The bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, and television.  There is also a large closet space for all your vacation gear.  Additionally, sleeping in the living room on the sofa bed.   The bathroom has a large walk in shower. The kitchen, dining room and living room area offers an open floor plan with crisp coastal decor throughout.  Enjoy staying in and cooking in the fully equipped kitchen.  Guests can also enjoy free Wi-Fi and cable during their stay. 

The back yard has nice shade trees and charcoal grill. There is plenty of room to set up lawn games for some fun family time.  There is plenty of room for parking a boat/trailer.  Just a few minutes from a public boat ramp, Goose Island State Park and The Big Tree.  

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
