Casa de Rockport - Salt Lake and Copano Bay

Come and enjoy your stay at Casa de Rockport! This Texas coast gem is perfect for fishing! Located canal front with easy access to Salt Lake and Copano Bay. This beautiful home sleeps 6 with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, private fishing/boat dock and covered boat parking. Kayaks are provided with a signed waiver.  Also, a fantastic way to enjoy Rockport’s breathtaking sunsets! 

The kitchen, living room and dining room have a spacious open floor plan! The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware and appliances. The home includes a dishwasher, icemaker, original coffee pot, blender, and plenty of seating. There are two bedrooms located upstairs and each has queen-size beds. There is one private guest bedroom downstairs with a separate entrance. This room is equipped with a king size bed, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Smart TV is in the living room where you can enjoy your favorite streaming apps. 

Sit and relax outside on the balcony that offers stunning views of the Copano Bay.  Guests are provided with a gas grill and great patio furniture for hanging out. Casa de Rockport offers a private 24 ft long boat/fishing dock with above water fishing lights. No need to worry about how you're going to clean your catch! They also provide a fish cleaning stand with power and water.

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
