The kitchen, living room and dining room have a great open floor plan! Take in the wonderful, picturesque views through the large picture windows and glass door facing Salt Lake.   The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen wares and stainless-steel appliances.  There is a dishwasher, regular cup coffee pot and an ice maker. The dining table seats 10+ comfortably. 

Enjoy the beautiful decor and the many exquisite details throughout this entire home.  The master bedroom has a king-size bed.  There is also a closet available to hang all your vacation attire and a television.  The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a separate 5 ft. soaking bathtub and two vanities.  The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and two sets of extra-long custom-built bunkbeds.  This room also has a television.  The third bedroom has a queen-size bed.  The second bathroom is a jack-n-jill type bathroom with a tub/shower combination. 

The living room has a large sofa and love seat with recliners built in and a flat screen television.  There is plenty of room for all your guests to relax after a long day of fun in the sun!  Sip your favorite beverage while watching the sunset over the magnificent Salt Lake.  There is plenty of room for boat and trailer parking under the house or on the side.  

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
