Blue Pearl - Beautiful Remodeled First Floor Condo!

Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the private balcony overlooking the canal. The Blue Pearl condominium is newly renovated with an open floor plan, and coastal décor guaranteed to create a relaxing environment. The condominium has sleeping for 8 guests with 3 bedrooms.  There is plenty of room for everyone!  The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom and is located on the first floor.  The second bedroom is upstairs and has two queen-size beds with access to a private balcony overlooking the water.  The third bedroom has a full-size bed.  There is a bathroom upstairs as well. 

No need to worry about packing items from home!  The kitchen is fully stocked with all your needed kitchenware. This wonderful modern kitchen offers everything you need to create your favorite recipes.  A full suite of stainless-steel appliances includes a dishwasher, microwave, and electric range.  There is a washer and dryer located on the second floor of the condominium for your convenience.  We do ask that you bring your own detergent.

Bring your boat and take advantage of the private boat slip/dock behind the unit.  There is also a neighborhood boat launch you can use during your stay.  The Bayhouse Complex offers a great deal of amenities. There are three swimming pools you can use during your stay as well as fish cleaning stands, tennis court, community BBQ pits and picnic tables. This condominium is perfect for family vacations and conveniently located close to Rockport beach, shopping, and restaurants.

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.

Bayhouse is located off Fulton Beach Road and just minutes from all the area has to offer. Enjoy spending time eating out at our wonderful local restaurants and shopping at the multitude of amazing local businesses.  The Rockport/Fulton area is well known for its many year-round festivals, market days, art galleries, fishing, and birding.  We can't wait to see you!
