Twin Oaks - Wonderful Key Allegro Canal Home - Private Pool and Kayaks!

Twin Oaks is located on the exclusive Key Allegro Island right here in Rockport.  This home is perfect for large groups and families.  With five (5) bedrooms and five and half (5.5) bathrooms, with a max occupancy of ten (10) to twelve (12), everyone will have more than enough room to relax.   

This home is located on a canal just a short boat ride from the Rockport Beach Park public boat ramp.  Enjoy the convenience of a private boat dock and fish cleaning stand with power and water just steps from the back door.  The boat lift is not accessible to guests currently.  There are many awesome features to this home including 2 beach cruiser bicycles.  Spend your time relaxing and entertaining on the beautiful back deck complete with a private swimming pool, a large built-in gas grill, and plenty of outdoor furniture.  There is plenty of outdoor lighting for nighttime festivities and two kayaks available for use during your stay.  Signature of kayak waiver required before check in. 

Upon entering the front door, you are welcomed by an abundance of natural lighting and crisp coastal decor that will certainly set the vacation atmosphere.  Enjoy gathering with friends and family, visiting comfortably with the open concept living and dining room.  The dining table will seat eight (8) with room for three (3) more at the bar area.  There is a large flat screen smart tv in the living room you can log into your favorite streaming app during your stay.  Cooking is a breeze in the large beautifully equipped kitchen, fully stocked with most kitchen wares.  This kitchen offers a gas stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Kuerig coffee maker.  There is more than enough counter and cabinet space to keep everything organized during your stay.  

The first bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed along with a closet and an armoire for all your vacation attire.  The bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk in shower, bathtub and large double vanity offering plenty of room for guests during their stay.  The second and third bedrooms, upstairs, each have two twin beds and a dresser.  The fourth bedroom is also upstairs, has a king bed and private bathroom.  Lastly, the fifth bedroom, located upstairs, has a king bed, queen bed and a twin-size murphy bed along with a private bathroom.  

The garage is not available for guests to use but there is more than enough parking for up to 6 vehicles.  

Just a few minutes from the downtown Rockport and Fulton areas, Key Allegro offers easy access for golf carts and is close to many local restaurants and other entertainment.  This is the absolute perfect spot to watch the July 4th and Christmas fireworks every year, With perfect views of Little Bay and Rockport Beach!!

For safety purposes only there is a ring camera at the front door and back patio area facing the boat.

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
