Blue Heron By The Bay is located on the exclusive Key Allegro Island here in Rockport. This home is perfect for families and friends. With three (3) bedrooms and three (3) bathrooms, sleeping eight (8), everyone will have their own space. Located on a canal with a 6ft fishing/boat dock, fish cleaning stand with power and water, and outdoor fishing lights. Large outdoor patio and hot tub that will ensure a fantastic time by all!
The main home is located on the second floor. There are internal stairs to the second floor. Upon entering upstairs you are greeted with an abundance of natural lighting that highlights the crisp coastal decor that continues throughout the home via the large picture windows. The living room and dining room have an open concept with plenty of seating for relaxing and dining. The dining table will seat seven (7) with room for three (3) more at the bar area. There is a large flat screen tv in the living area that you can log in to your favorite streaming app or enjoy Spectrum cable during your stay.
The large newley remodeled kitchen is truly a culinarian's dream! With all new kitchen appliances and extra counter space there is plenty of room for you to prepare meals in comfort. This amazing kitchen is also fully stocked with most kitchen wares and offers a dishwasher, microwave, and Kuerig and a regular Mr. Coffee coffee pot.
The first bedroom upstairs has a king bed and a dresser. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, dresser, and television. The master bathroom has two separate vanities with a large walk-in shower and a soaker tub perfect for soaking your muscles after a long day of fishing and fun. The second bathroom upstairs has a walk in shower. The third bedroom is also located on the first floor and has 2 full size beds in it. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower and large vanity offering plenty of room for guests.
The lower patio faces the water and has an outdoor dining area, a private hot tub, corn hole boards and ring toss for some friendly vacation time competition. Grilling is a breeze on the large gas grill. Take advantage of the convenient boat/fishing dock and fish cleaning stand during your stay. The boat lift is not available for use.
For safety purposes only there is a ring camera at the front door and on the exterior corners of the home.
Just a few minutes from the downtown Rockport and Fulton areas, Key Allegro offers easy access for golf carts and is close to many local restaurants and other entertainment. This is the absolute perfect spot to watch the July 4th and Christmas fireworks every year, With perfect views of Little Bay and Rockport Beach!!
Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
