Located just a few minutes from the Fulton pier as well as various local restaurants in the area. It is three miles from Rockport Beach and includes a spot just for your boat! Great for fishing and bird watching, as there are always herons, pelicans and seagulls flying over. Join the island life and come and stay at our charming condo with a beautiful view of the coastal area!
Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations of less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your trip.

Parking: Please use the space assigned to the condominium. If you have additional vehicles, please park them in spaces that do not have the number of a condominium painted on them.
Trash: Please put your garbage in plastic bags when putting it in the dumpsters. Unused bait or remains from cleaning fish should be returned to the bay instead of being deposited in dumpsters or ground up by disposals.
Laundry: Bring beach/pool towels and laundry detergent. There is a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.
Swimming Pool: You have access to the community pool. Swimming Pool: You have access to the community pool located at the end of Sandollar Dr. Pool hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
