This home has one bedroom with a king size bed. Flat screen TV’s are located throughout the home. Beautiful kitchen that is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and microwave. Cooking is a breeze with a full stock of kitchen ware. This cottage offers an open floor plan with plenty of lighting and space. The bathroom is a tiled stand up shower. Linens, towels and soap will be provided. No need to worry about laundry, stackable washer/dryer are available for your use. Step out back and enjoy the cool coastal breeze on the back patio provided with patio furniture and a private hot tub! Bring your favorite yard games and enjoy the lush, fenced in back yard. Great location which is pretty close to restaurants and grocery stores. Walking trails nearby which are next to Walmart. Fulton Beach Road is right down the street! This little place in Rockport worked out great for us. It was very clean and the backyard was perfect for my sweet doodle!

The little house had everything we needed. It is nicely constructed and decorated as well as well equipped. In addition, the house is extremely well located both within Fulton as well as in the region/ area. Restaurants, the pier, the bay, important streets and roads can be reached rapidly and easily. We enjoy our stay.
