By The Bay is a beautiful off water home in the heart of Rockport. This home has two (2) bedrooms and two (2) and a half bathroom, offers sleeping for up to six (6) guests. Located just one block from Little Bay, it is the perfect location to watch the yearly fireworks!
By The Bay offers a beautiful open floor plan with an elegant cottage feel throughout, giving you a wonderful relaxing feeling. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, closet space, and a master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has (2) two queen beds. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a large vanity. This open plan with plenty of seating for relaxing and dining. The dining table will seat six (6). There is a large flat screen tv in the living area that you can log in to your favorite streaming app during your stay. The amazing kitchen is also fully stocked with all your kitchen wares and offers a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee pot.
Enjoy spending some quality time in the shaded fenced in back yard or hanging out in the casita family room. The casita has a mini fridge, sink, counter space, dining table and a half bath. This gem is just minutes away from Little Bay, where you can rent kayaks and enjoy the sunshine! It is 2 blocks away from Rockport Beach and the Maritime Museum. Plus, it’s only a 3–4-minute bike ride to HEB. Talk about convenience!

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
